D. F. Technologies is a different type of MSP. Starting back in 1992, We were doing MSP type services before the term every existed. We currently focused on SMB market – Providing full IT support. We are also able to Co-Manage with existing IT staff. Fulling in for staffing holes or Vacation coverage.

- Help first – paperwork later
- Help with anything asked, No ‘out of scope’ battles
- We will stop you when security is at risk
- ‘How to use support’, not just Technical support
- Charges based on agents and hours
- Larger clients can get retainer package for lower rates
